These terms describe the current My Heart, My Feelings demo. Please read them before using it.

What is available now

You can write diaries, add photos and people, and save drafts in this browser on this device. There is no real account, cloud backup, time lock, reminder delivery or working gift code. Reader examples are fictional. Do not rely on this demo to deliver a message at a future date.

Your words belong to you

You retain ownership of your writing and photos. You allow the app to process and display them to provide the features you choose. Only add material you have the right to use, and respect other people’s privacy. Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation or attempts to access another person’s information.

Saving and keeping a copy

Device saving is not permanent storage. Clearing browser data, changing devices or website addresses, private browsing, storage limits or device failure can remove access to drafts. Keep your own copy of important words and photos. We do not promise storage forever or uninterrupted availability.

Sharing and passing on

Sharing a gift-card preview uses your device’s sharing options. You choose who receives it. Demo codes do not open diaries. The passing-on permission is off by default and is saved when you confirm the time-lock preview. The reader passing-on screen demonstrates a future feature; it does not deliver or lock your diary. Before real sharing launches, we will explain code access and permission enforcement. Once someone has a copy, we cannot guarantee it can be recalled.

Contributions

We do not charge a subscription. Contributions will always be optional. Payments are not enabled in this demo; any future payment destination and applicable payment terms will be shown before you choose to contribute.

Service changes and your rights

We may update the demo and these terms. The date above identifies this version. We will update the notices before enabling real accounts, cloud storage or delivery. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law. This diary is not an emergency, medical or legal service.
